To make a long story short.....the house we were building appraised for way less than what we were in contract for (since the market is still dropping) and they wouldn't lower the price for us...lame i know. luckily we got OUR MONEY back and we are on a search to find a home! i mean the builder is crazy...who in their right mind in this market is going to pay more for a house then it is worth?! no one!! we bought a new couch, blinds, walllpaper, and appliances! i guess we will have to find a new home to put them in..except blinds we already paid for those :/ this is the 2nd time in a row we've had a bad experience with builders!...anyways never again will we build unless its out dream custom house a few years down the road ;) Thanks

That is so funny- hiding and making out- man she really is a diva! She looks so cute in that dress, and SO grown up!! Wow! Sorry to hear about your housing woes- buying a house sure is a roller coaster ride for sure! Hope you find your perfect place soon. What a mess.
Sorry about the whole house thing that stresses me out. Cody and I have just decided to build and we start in just a few weeks.... i hope its the right decision-- its all way to much for me to handle. I am going crazy, but some how things always work out! i hate when people tell me that! Bry just keeps getting cuter!

I wondered what happened to your house... so what are you guys going to do?? Just buy an already built house... seems like no matter what you buy these days, its gonna drop in price after you buy it...at least maybe for a little while... but thats so lame that they wouldn't work with you... like you said who the heck is going to buy that house? Maybe you should go back in a few weeks and see if they have woken up to reality! Or have someone else go in and find out what they are asking... hope something good happens soon!!
