We started off with the Jensen family. We met at Jacob and Laurens house for a lunch date and a lil egg hunt fun. It was a good time! And we also got to see Bryant, Taryn and Emmy Mae!

Then easter morning NASH was visited by the Easter Bunny. And yes, just Nash. BryLee was super naughty the night before and we told her the Easter Bunny wouldn't come if she wasn't a good girl. She didn't care. So Nate and I stuck to our guns and filled Nash's basket and not BryLees. I did feel really bad...so to make up for it we said you still have a chance all day to be a good girl and maybe he is still around and he will come and give you your basket. So she tried extra hard to be a good girl. So Nate took them down to the park and I hurried and filled her basket then headed down to the park to play with them. When we got back BryLee saw her filled basket and said "mommy the easter bunny came!!!" she was so happy!

Then after Naps and Conference (which I really enjoyed this year) we had the Miller family over to our house for a Mexican feast, egg hunt, and a pinata! We had a great time :) We did miss our parents/grandpa and grandma though, we wish they could have come to Mesa.

Man, how would it have been to have nice weather on Easter. We woke up to INCHES of snow, so our easter egg hunt was inside. We did one at Brandon's parents house and all of the grandkids were out of town so it was just the adults. Ha ha. Loved it.
Extra fat my foot. You are a tiny little thing. I love that the easter bunny came late for her. I'm sure I'll be having to do that one day.

BryLees face is hilarious. I expected her to be crying though... pretty good sport. Probably a good lesson... oh the Eater Bunny really DIDN'T come! But so nice that he came later. :o)

I do not think I could have stuck to my guns on that one...good job tho. We had to wake Ethan up at 10 to get his basket cause Mike had to be to work by 11 :( Don't worry we had snow here Easter morning it sucked. I wanted the sun!
ok that was breaking my heart when the easter bunny wasn't coming - i am so proud of you guys for sticking to your guns - that is hard to do but i am even more glad the bunny was still around and came back for her :)
Fun pics! That is such a good idea to tell Brylee that bout the easter bunny. But I am not sure I could have gone thru with it. ButI am going to remember that one for upcoming holidays. :) But so awesome that she was a good girl and got her Easter basket filled later. :) What a great Easter Bunny!
How fun 2 Easter parties! I love that you guys stuck to your guns! Good for you! But, way to go Bry for behaving so the easter Bunny would come back!
